Cancellation and Refund

If you have placed an order with your membership, you must create a request by clicking on the "Return" link next to the order you want to return in the "My Orders" section, specifying the product(s) you want to return, the reasons for the return and the address where you would like your package to be delivered.

For orders placed without membership, you must send us the product you want to return or exchange via our Whatsapp contact line (0533 746 75 12).

Refunds are put on hold because products sent for return or exchange without opening a request are not approved by the system. Returns of products that exceed the legal period and are not returned are cancelled.

Considerations for Creating a Return Request: 1- Your return requests that you make before 11.00 will be received on the same day by calling YURTİÇİ Cargo or by going to the branch with the cargo agreement codes we have specified. If you have placed an order without being a member, the invoice sent to you together with our contracted cargo to the address given below. You must send using one of the codes (YURTİÇİ KARGO).

Fees for shipments made with cargo companies other than contracted cargo are covered by our customers. The return period is 14 days at the latest from the date you receive the products. After the products are delivered to us, your refunds will be deposited back to your bank within 10 business days. For your Money Order-Eft and Cash on Delivery orders, you must provide us with your Iban information after your return is approved.
