SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number at the email address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.

International Orders – United States & Europe

We ship internationally, including to the United States and European countries, via DHL Express.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties, taxes, and import requirements are determined by U.S. customs regulations.

For orders shipped to European countries, VAT, customs duties, and other import charges may apply depending on the destination country and the applicable regulations.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Buldan's is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Returns & Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

For international returns, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery.

If the package appears to have been damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery whenever reasonably possible and immediately report the damage to DHL.

If you discover damage after accepting the shipment, please contact DHL and Buldan's as soon as possible and retain the original packaging, shipping label, and damaged product for inspection.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
