Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Buldan's purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains our voluntary return policy as well as certain statutory rights that may apply depending on your country or region.

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived, restricted, or excluded under applicable law.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

This 30-day return policy is a voluntary policy offered by Buldan's and is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

For customers in the European Union ("EU") or European Economic Area ("EEA"), this policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item should generally be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with its original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide your receipt or other proof of purchase. Alternatively, you may contact us using the same email address associated with your order.

These conditions apply to our voluntary return policy and do not limit any statutory right to inspect goods, right of withdrawal, legal guarantee, or other mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide the correct return address and return instructions.

This return procedure does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.

Items sent to us without prior communication may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary returns, including change-of-mind returns made under our 30-day return policy, return shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you choose to return your order using DHL, the applicable DHL freight charge will be communicated to you and may be deducted from your refund or otherwise charged to you, where permitted by applicable law.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise does not conform to the order or applicable legal requirements, Buldan's will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is defective or damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if the product does not conform to your order.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers for defective or non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is generally to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

This exchange procedure does not affect any statutory rights you may have in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will normally be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Different refund deadlines may apply where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, including where an EU/EEA customer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal.

EU/EEA Customers - Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area and purchase goods from us online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy is in addition to this statutory right and does not replace or restrict it.

To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period by making a clear statement.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you may inspect and handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary for this purpose, as permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law or unless the goods are defective or non-conforming, you will generally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided that you were informed of this responsibility before purchase.

Refunds Following EU/EEA Withdrawal

Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.

This includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for your order. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express or premium shipping, the additional delivery cost may not be refundable.

Refunds following a statutory withdrawal will generally be made within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

Where permitted by applicable law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and without additional fees imposed by Buldan's for the reimbursement.

Exceptions to the EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is permitted under applicable law.

This may include, among other legally recognized exceptions, goods made to the consumer's specifications or goods that are clearly personalized.

Any applicable exception will be communicated where required by law.

Your rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected where applicable.

Commercial Warranty

Buldan's products come with a one-year commercial warranty, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

If you experience an issue with your product during this commercial warranty period, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances and following appropriate assessment of the product, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

The Buldan's commercial warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights available to you and does not replace, restrict, or exclude those rights.

EU/EEA Statutory Legal Guarantee

Consumers in the EU/EEA benefit from mandatory statutory rights relating to goods that are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.

For EU consumers, applicable law generally provides a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery, although specific rights, procedures, and periods may vary depending on the applicable national law.

These statutory rights exist independently of the one-year Buldan's commercial warranty.

Where goods are defective or non-conforming, consumers may be entitled to remedies including repair or replacement and, where the legal requirements are satisfied, a price reduction or refund.

The exercise of these statutory rights will not be subject to charges where applicable consumer law requires the remedy to be provided free of charge.

United States Customers

For customers located in the United States, our voluntary 30-day return policy and one-year commercial warranty apply subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable federal or state law.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Consumer protection laws vary by country, state, and region.

If the laws applicable to your purchase provide rights or remedies that are more favorable than the terms of this Policy, those mandatory legal rights will apply.

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy excludes, limits, or restricts any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or restricted.
